Notice of Availability of Annual Security & Fire Safety Report

This notice is being sent in compliance with the Campus Security Act Title 34, Volume III CFR 668.41. The Texas State Campus Security Report is providing you with a copy of the 2010 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report containing information about the university's policies related to fire safety and statistics, campus security and law enforcement as they relate to sexual offenses, liquor law violations, and controlled substance offenses.

This report is published each year and includes descriptions of campus crime prevention programs, procedures for reporting crimes on campus, and informations about the number and frequency of crimes reported to the University Police Department over the last three years.

The Texas State Campus Security Report is available at no charge from the university's Offices of Admissions, Graduate College, Personnel or the University Police Department. It is also available on the University Police Department website www.police.txstate.edu.

A hard copy is available upon request through the University Police Department, Nueces Building, or call at 512-245-2890.

Crime Stats are posted in compliance with DOE Section 668.46 , Texas State University Policies and procedures for Student Right to Know and Reporting Criminal Offenses.
