There is no charge for this course. Attendance is limited to 20 participants.
We will be addressing Ground Defense and Trap/Push Techniques. You will need to bring your student notebook from the Basic RAD Course.
The Advanced Rape Aggression Defense system is designed to serve as an extension of the basic program. These programs teach combined techniques using gross muscle movements and focus on combat flow from one technique to the next.
