Texas State
University-San Marcos provides this information as a part of its
obligation to comply with the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security
Act of 1990. The various pages here provide students, faculty, and staff
with information about the services and publications provided by the
University Police Department . Please feel free to contact the UPD at the
address below or follow this link. The buttons at the bottom of each page will take you to any
of the other pages within the police department's web site. The department
is located in Nueces Hall at the corner of NLBJ and Bobcat Trail.
Look under
publications for our yearly "Campus Watch" . It contains statistics and
descriptions of services offered to the university community. Check the
links section for information such as the "Texas Sex Offender Database"
and safety and law enforcement related items.
Active Shooter Safety Procedures
Texas State University-San Marcos community members can
now sign up for emergency messages from campus authorities at:
