UPD officers exhibit quick action in water rescue

Officer Tad Palmer and Cpl. Clark Flynn sprang to action administering life-saving measures to a 12-year-old girl who had gone underwater at Sewell Park Sunday, Aug. 8. UPD officers were the first on the scene and provided critical assistance until San Marcos Park Rangers, San Marcos Hays County EMS, and the San Marcos Fire Department arrived.
